Veterans Trek is teaming up with Project Welcome Home troops to add meditation into our treks. Mindfulness is an excellent way to address your stress and anxiety. Through the meditation techniques they utilize, Tom and Anthony learned some valuable tools to add in their efforts to heal their wounds of war.
